So there are no ads on the service

We do not sell ad space, and we do not put posts from people or cafés you do not follow into your main feed. This is because we do not sell ads for display.

We do get asked why you can still see what looks like an "ad" post in a global feed, and that is not an ad as it's not a paid post. Businesses are allowed to have accounts just like any other person and talk about or share their services or have conversations. We will not take money from that account holder to change where things show up.

Business accounts are no different on the service compared to a normal account.

Social media is just as important for businesses as people as they provide information and keep people up to date on what is going on.
