Child Safety & Protection

Our platform has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe environment. That being said we do not approve of minors using our services and do ask users be at least 18 years old on sign up.

A. Prohibited Content & Behaviour

  • CSAM: Any imagery or media depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
  • Grooming: Any behaviour intended to establish a connection with a minor to lower their inhibitions for sexual exploitation.
  • Sextortion: Threats to share private or sensitive images to coerce or blackmail a user.
  • Inappropriate Contact: Adults attempting to initiate sexual conversations or meetups with minors.

B. Core Safety Features

To protect our community, we have built the following guardrails into the app:

  • Friend-Only Chats: By default, chats are only permitted between users who follow each other. This prevents unsolicited contact from strangers.
  • Instant Blocking: Users can instantly block any profile. Once blocked, that user can no longer view your profile or attempt to follow you.
  • Report & Remove: If any content or conversation violates these standards, use the "Report" tool immediately. Reported CSAE content is prioritised for immediate removal and the offending account will be permanently banned.
  • Permanent Bans: Any account found engaging in or promoting CSAE will be permanently disabled without warning.
  • Legal Reporting: In compliance with international law, we report all instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

How to Stay Safe:

  • Never share personal information (address, phone number, school) in public posts.
  • Only "Follow Back" people you know and trust in real life.
  • If a conversation makes you feel uncomfortable, Block and Report immediately.
