Account Deletion & Data Retention

We keep your data as safe and as we can, this includes the following rules around account deletion.

No Third-Party Sharing

We value your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third-party companies or advertisers. Your information stays within our ecosystem.

Data Collection

We collect only the information you share or is needed to login or keep an active account session.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently close your account at any time. To do so, navigate to your Main Account Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the "Delete Account" button and follow the confirmation prompts.

The Deletion Process

Once you confirm deletion, your data is removed in a systematic, "one step at a time" process to ensure a clean wipe of our systems:

  • Identity & Profile. Your name, email, and login credentials are removed immediately.
  • Activity Logs. Your usage history and preferences are purged.
  • Storage Clearance. Any files or uploaded content associated with your account ID are permanently erased from our servers.

No Recovery

Because we care about your privacy and security, account deletion is final. Once the process is triggered, we cannot recover your data, files, or access.

Statutory Retention

We only retain data for as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, all personal data is erased, except where we are legally required to keep specific transaction records for tax or compliance purposes.
