Using the Safe Space Filter

What is the Safe Space Filter?

The Safe Space filter is a feature to help you curate your experience in terms of what content is shown in your feed. Each option changes the strictness of the filter based on certain keys found in a post.

Each post is given a score between 0 and 500 based on keywords flagged in its contents. If the score is higher than the threshold of your filter settings, the post will be hidden automatically and must be clicked in order to view its contents.

Safe Space Options

  • Everything (10) - Will block with almost any word matches, even if it's just once.
  • Extra Strong (15) - Triggered by almost all swears, inappropriate wordings, and other phrases.
  • Strong (25) - Most swears, inappropriate words, and inappropriate phrases will be hidden.
  • Standard (50) - The default value. Will hide some posts based on some usage of key words and phrases.
  • Light (75) - Only triggered by many matches to key phrases.
  • Lighter (100) - Requires several word matches and longer key phrases to trigger the filter.
  • Extra Light (150) - Requires even more word matches and is much harder to trigger.
  • Off (500) - "Turns off" the filter by making it extremely unlikely to trigger.
