Security

This section contains settings pertaining to the security of your account, primarily two factor authentication. If you want to change your password, you can find that section under the Info tab.

If you are looking for the active sessions using your account, you can view them under the Sessions tab.

2FA

2FA, or two factor authentication, adds an extra layer of protection when it comes to logging into your account. It is highly recommended that you use 2FA to increase the security of your account.

• 2FA App - If set to No, clicking this will select this as your chosen 2FA method. Within the 2FA setting description is a URL you can click to view your 2FA QR Code and key. You can scan the QR code with your authentication app or copy the key.
• 2FA Email - If set to No, clicking this will select your email as the chosen 2FA method. You will instead be emailed a code to login.

Once an option has been selected, only one of them will be visible and you will see Yes next to the selected method.

WARNING: If you lose access to your two factor authentication method, you will lose access to your account. In case this happens, please contact us by submitting a ticket at https://heycafe.invfy.com.
